StudentHub provides free educational and engineering utilities for students, educators, and professionals. You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights over all source code, RTL modules, testbenches, and documents that you write, simulate, compile, or convert using our tools.
Our site design, brand marks, original educational guides, reference tables, and underlying platform software are owned by Nemofy and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. Acceptable Use Policy for Execution Sandboxes
Because the Multi-Language Code Lab, Verilog Simulator, and Document Converter execute workloads on cloud compute infrastructure, you agree not to use our services to:
Execute cryptocurrency mining scripts, denial-of-service (DoS) payloads, network port scanners, fork bombs, or malware of any kind.
Attempt to bypass sandbox isolation, probe host operating system resources, or exceed rate limits via automated scraping or bot traffic.
Upload or process unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious files through the document conversion endpoints.
Generate invalid clicks or artificial impressions on any third-party advertisements served via Google AdSense.
3. Academic Integrity & Engineering Verification
Students are responsible for adhering to their university or institution's academic integrity guidelines when using online compilers, AI circuit assistants, and calculators for graded coursework. Furthermore, while our simulators and calculators use industry-standard engines (Icarus Verilog, Verilator, Yosys, GCC, OpenJDK, Python, and exact BigInt arithmetic), any safety-critical hardware or production silicon design must undergo formal verification prior to fabrication.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
