Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: November 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nemofy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating at https://nemofy.tech and across the StudentHub browser workspace, collects, uses, processes, and safeguards information when you visit our website, use our interactive engineering tools, or interact with advertisements served on our pages.

1. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies

To keep StudentHub 100% free for students and educators worldwide, we use Google AdSense (Publisher ID: pub-3691677363615440) to display advertisements on our website. In accordance with Google AdSense Program Policies and the Google EU User Consent Policy, please note the following mandatory disclosures:

  • Third-Party Vendors & Cookies: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the Internet.
  • Google Advertising Cookies (DoubleClick / DART): Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements to our users based on their visit to nemofy.tech and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • How Google Uses Information: You can review detailed information on how Google collects and processes data when you use partner sites or apps by visiting How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
  • Opting Out of Personalized Advertising: Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you may opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices or by clicking the Manage Cookie Preferences button on this page.

2. How StudentHub Tools Process Your Code, Circuits & Documents

StudentHub is engineered around strict data minimization. You do not need to create an account or provide personal information to use any of our browser tools:

Code Lab & Verilog Simulator

Your source code (Python, C, C++, Java, Verilog, SystemVerilog) is saved locally in your browser's localStorage so your work persists across refreshes. When you click Run or Synthesize, code is transmitted over HTTPS to an isolated sandbox, executed, and discarded immediately upon completion.

Word & PowerPoint to PDF Converter

Uploaded .docx, .doc, and .pptx files are processed in an isolated, temporary working directory solely to generate your PDF response and are permanently deleted in a finally cleanup block immediately after conversion.

3. Cookies & Browser Local Storage Inventory

We use a combination of browser Local Storage and cookies categorized as follows:

4. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, UK GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and California, you have specific rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access, Rectification & Erasure: Because we do not require user accounts, any workspace data stored in your browser can be cleared instantly via your browser settings or the Clear buttons inside our tools. If you have contacted us via email, you may request access to or deletion of your correspondence at any time.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw or modify your advertising and functional storage consent at any time using the Manage Cookie Preferences button on this page or in our site footer.
  • CCPA “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”: We do not sell personal contact lists. To opt out of interest-based third-party advertising cookies, select “Essential Only” in our Cookie Preferences manager or adjust your settings at Google Ads Settings.

5. Children's Privacy, Log Files & Contact Information

Log Data: Like all standard web servers, our hosting infrastructure automatically records routine HTTP request metadata (such as IP address, browser user-agent, referring page, and timestamp) strictly for security, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and operational reliability.

Children's Privacy (COPPA): Our website and engineering tools are designed for university students, educators, and software developers and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
